Disease Name Search Field
This field is used to filter the set of all disease terms originally available under the Disease drop box. Filtering is based on substring matching.
Predicted Diseases Only Check Box
This box is used to limit the set of disease terms to only those on which the predictions can be made (see corresponding publication and the About page for details).
Filter Disease Button
Pressing this button will filter the set of disease terms based on the string in the Disease Name field and Predicted Diseases Only check box.
Number of Genes Drop Box
This field limits the number of genes that are outputted for the query disease term.
Disease Drop Box
This field originally contains all disease terms in Disease Ontology (see About page for details). Executing command Filter Disease will limit this set of available disease terms based on the field Disease Name and Predicted Diseases Only check box. Submit Query operation is executed for the disease whose name shows in the Disease drop box.
